Art does not reproduce what we see. It makes us see. Paul Klee
My paintings are grounded in empathic observations of the world around me. I strive to capture not only the realism of the subject but also its emotional and psychological undertones. Representational work goes beyond depicting mountains, trees, and buildings. When I observe an object to paint, I don’t just see its form; I perceive the scene's energy and emotional "vibration." I aim to infuse my empathic connections into the object. Aligned with Lipps’ theories on aesthetics, I believe we can project our feelings into a subject, experiencing it on an aesthetic level.
